TERMS & CONDITIONS

We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days. Each order will be processed and packed with the greatest care. 

Your tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped. 

Anthr collective will not be responsible for delay in shipment caused by holidays, weather conditions, custom order and any other circumstances that us beyond our control. Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address therefore please ensure to input the correct delivery address at checkout.   

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your anthr collective purchase, however if you are not for whatever reason we will happily exchange your unworn item providing it is still in resellable condition. Please contact sales@anthrcollective.com

If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 14 days of receipt. Please contact sales@anthrcollective.com

We cannot refund your postage costs unless product is faulty / incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 14 days of receipt. We cannot give any credit/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have correctly reviewed your order before finalising your purchases.

Domestic Shipments (Within Australia)
Standard: 5-8 Business days.
Express: 3-5 Business days. 
International Shipments (Rest of the World)

Standard: 10-14 Business days.
